Overview

In this role, you will shape and deliver high-impact internal communications to help employees understand AVEVA’s strategy and progress. You’ll partner with senior leaders to craft executive-ready narratives and ensure clear, credible tone across channels. You translate complex topics into engaging messages for global audiences, driving alignment and action. You will lead major engagement moments with strong content and measurable impact, contributing to an inclusive, accessible communications approach.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders as trusted advisor on messaging, tone, timing, and channels for strategic employee communications
  • Develop executive-ready content: narratives, key messages, briefings, talking points, scripts, FAQs, sensitive-topic responses
  • Translate complex/technical topics into clear, employee-focused communications
  • Provide proactive counsel on employee questions, risks, and implications for leaders
  • Lead communications for major engagement moments (e.g., Global All Hands) including run-of-show, speaker coordination, rehearsal support, and follow-up
  • Ensure alignment across leaders and functions, maintaining consistent enterprise messaging
  • Maintain high editorial and accessibility standards, ensuring plain language, inclusivity, channel-fit, and proper reviews
  • Use insights to improve impact and refine leader communications and channel effectiveness over time

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering employee communications, including strategic/change communications
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders with messaging and communications planning (multiple stakeholders preferred)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills translating technical topics into clear communications
  • Strong project management: managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs
  • Strong judgement, attention to detail, and professionalism handling sensitive information
