As a Senior Technical Designer, you translate bold creative concepts into precise, production-ready technical packages for high-profile, design-led spaces. You will work across design, engineering and manufacturing to ensure feasibility, accuracy and compliance from concept to handover. You’ll lead drawing standards, coordinate with authorities and stakeholders, and drive technically robust solutions that realise ambitious visuals. Responsibilities

• Interpret briefs to ensure technical clarity from concept onward
• Perform measured and photographic building surveys to inform detailed drawings
• Collaborate with design, engineering and external stakeholders to align design intent, cost and feasibility
• Liaise with Building Control and Planning authorities for submissions
• Champion drawing and document standards across outputs

Key requirements

• Experience producing technical drawings for pitches and submissions
• Ability to coordinate construction packs with specialist contractor drawings
• Strong knowledge of Building Control, Fire, Environmental Health and Planning regulations
• Advanced proficiency in REVIT (architectural) for design and coordination
