Global Product Senior Specialist

Overview

In this role you shape and deliver product capabilities for the Vantage Console and Vantage Dashboard Squad, enabling Knowledge teams to work more effectively. You own initiatives from discovery to delivery and collaborate across regions to balance business needs, technical realities, and user needs. You drive reliable, high-quality solutions while maintaining clear documentation and stakeholder alignment. This is a chance to impact internal platforms and user experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage prioritized product initiatives from discovery through delivery
• Partner with engineering to define requirements, manage backlogs, and support sprint execution
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional docs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and manage delivery expectations
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and process gaps; propose practical solutions
• Track milestones and product outcomes for leadership and project stakeholders
• Maintain documentation for workflows and system functionality in Confluence
• Support user enablement through training materials and adoption activities

Key requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital product delivery
• Experience balancing product strategy, roadmap planning, and hands-on delivery
• Proven ability to lead agile ceremonies and coordinate delivery across engineering teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with risk assessment
• Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Strong stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting/visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
