As a Residential Property Solicitor (or CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer), you will manage a varied residential caseload in Bristol within a supportive, forward-thinking conveyancing team. You’ll work with clients, estate agents, and third parties to deliver clear guidance while ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Handle a broad caseload of residential property matters (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds)
• Manage files independently with minimal supervision
• Provide clear, professional advice to clients and maintain excellent client care
• Build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and third parties
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedure
• Excellent organisational skills to manage a busy caseload
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
