Overview
In this role you will contribute to high-end residential and commercial schemes across London, guiding projects from technical design through delivery. You’ll work within a small project team at an award-winning, employee-owned practice, shaping bespoke architecture and interiors for premium properties. You’ll collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes while managing timelines and compliance. Responsibilities
- Run projects through technical and delivery stages
- Prepare and develop drawings and models
- Check team drawings and propose changes
- Produce detailed technical construction information
- Lead and mentor junior team members
- Use Revit and/or AutoCAD daily
- Report to Project Leaders
Key requirements
- Qualified Architectural Technologist/Technician
- minimum 5 years’ UK practice experience
- Experience on bespoke high-end properties, mews houses, apartments/hospitality/heritage projects
- Skilled in detailed and technical design and project delivery
- Strong portfolio with demonstrable individual contributions
- Revit and/or AutoCAD proficiency on live UK projects
- Client and contractor facing communication
- Excellent English, written and verbal; eligible to work in the UK
