In this role you will support a busy Real Estate team in Bristol, handling a broad mix of commercial property matters for high‑quality clients. You’ll work within a large, collaborative department and contribute to cross‑departmental initiatives, including work for charities and independent schools. The position offers hybrid flexibility and clear progression as you deliver exceptional client service. This is a chance to shape property advisory for a diverse client base while growing your expertise in development, landlord‑tenant, and asset management work.

  • Commercial property work for charities and education sector clients
  • Cross-departmental work on mergers and acquisitions of independent schools
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other professionals
  • Supporting the growth and development of the Real Estate team

Key requirements

  • Associate or Senior Associate level experience in commercial property
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Broad exposure to property work (specialist backgrounds also considered)
  • Ideally some experience supervising colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently
  • Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
  • Passion for advising commercial property clients and delivering outstanding client service
