In this Contracts Manager role, you will oversee delivery across education, healthcare, residential and retail projects ranging from 1m to 10m. You will lead multi-project management for a reputable main contractor, coordinating client relations and site teams to ensure timely, quality delivery. The position supports projects in London and the Northern Home Counties, contributing to a well-established contractor’s portfolio. You will drive results with energy and a client-focused mindset, shaping project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Education/Healthcare/Residential/Retail projects (1–10m) concurrently
• Oversee New Build, Refurbishment and Fit-out works
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams to meet milestones
• Ensure quality, safety, and commercial performance across projects
• Maintain strong client relationships and proactive communication
• Support project planning, cost control, and risk management
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects

Key requirements

• Background working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record of delivering multiple projects (1–10m)
• Experience across Education, Healthcare, Residential and Retail sectors
• Experience with New Build, Refurbishment and Fit-out
