Senior Project Manager (Construction Consultancy)

In this Senior Project Manager role, you will lead commissions and oversee project delivery under leadership supervision. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and multiple projects
• Deliver assigned revenues from repeat business through flawless execution
• Maintain planned profit margins and minimize write-downs or multiplier erosion
• Handle projects involving Risk Triggering Factors and complex client engagements
• Direct project managers, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans
• Lead client interfacing and ensure outputs meet time-scales and quality standards
• Supervise PMs across multiple projects or programs
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues on larger projects

Key requirements

• Professional qualification in project management, construction, engineering, or quantity surveying
• Chartered status with MAPM, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or equivalent
• Relevant degree or professional qualification
• Experience in a consultancy or client-facing environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of construction contracts (JCT and NEC) and the built environment
• Knowledge of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
