Overview

In this role you will oversee refurbishment contracts for a reputable East London main contractor, delivering projects across the London region up to £3m. You work closely with site teams and clients to ensure effective planning, clear communication, and timely delivery within budget. You will bring a proven track record of refurbishment delivery for a main contractor and support a client-focused, partnership-driven approach. This position offers exposure to multiple sectors and values sustainable, value-for-money project execution.

Responsibilities

• manage refurbishment contracts up to £3m in value
• coordinate and lead site teams to deliver on programmes
• maintain strong client communication and build early trust
• support planning and execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• promote a partnership ethos and value-for-money projects
• travel across London and Home Counties to sites as required

Key requirements

• track record with a reputable Main Contractor
• experience delivering refurbishment projects up to £3m
• experience across multiple sectors (preferable)
• strong people management skills across site teams
• ability to commute to East London and operate across London/Home Counties
