Chief Data Office Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support the Chief Data Office with business and operational coordination, budgeting, and analysis to inform decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to data-driven reporting and governance. Responsibilities

• Track programme milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies and maintain progress updates
• Assist with budget management by monitoring spending and preparing financial reporting
• Collect and analyze data to support reporting on programme performance and business outcomes
• Prepare presentations and materials for management meetings
• Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and other team initiatives

Key requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, business operations, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with financial, operational, or performance data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Logical and organized problem-solving ability
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues across different teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
