Overview
You will join a leading Structured Project Finance team to support the development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure assets. In London, you’ll work with banks, sponsors and investors on high‑value transactions across the full project lifecycle. The role offers early responsibility, deep sector learning and cross‑border collaboration within an international network. You’ll help shape flagship deals in renewables, storage and related infrastructure, contributing to a collaborative, growth‑oriented culture.

Responsibilities
- Advise on project financings, refinancings and acquisition financings across energy and infrastructure sectors
- Support transactions from term sheets and lender RFPs through to financial close and post‑completion matters
- Draft, review and negotiate finance and project documentation with sponsors, lenders and advisers
- Advise on operational support matters and M&A activity related to energy and infrastructure assets
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Projects Group and international offices on cross‑border mandates
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development within a growing practice
Key requirements
- NQ–4 PQE
- project finance expertise in energy/infrastructure
