Associate/ Senior Associate- Projects, Infrastructure & Construction

Overview

In this role you will support non-contentious construction mandates within a national Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team. You will work closely with partners, delegate to junior lawyers, and cultivate strong client relationships across a diversified real estate, energy, and infrastructure client base. You’ll contribute to business development and help develop colleagues while handling complex project matters. This is a high-growth, collaborative environment with hybrid working in Glasgow or Belfast and clear opportunities to progress.

Responsibilities

• Support non-contentious construction mandates with partner oversight
• Delegate tasks to Associates, Trainees and Paralegals while supervising and mentoring
• Develop and maintain relationships with a broad client base
• Participate in business development to grow the team and firm client base
• Supervise and develop junior lawyers and support staff

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with circa 2–7 years PQE
• ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• experience with standard industry forms and non-contentious/project matters
• experience in real estate development or public sector matters would be beneficial but not essential
