Software Product Manager

Overview

As a Software Product Manager, you will own the product roadmap and validate product-market fit for a growing logistics tech stack. You will work within a small cross-functional team, driving user-centred design and delivering features that advance the business. The role is based in North Manchester with a hybrid setup focused on on-site collaboration to strengthen culture and delivery. You’ll partner with stakeholders across levels, shaping a best-in-class software solution while the business expands its UK footprint. This is a senior, high-impact role backed by significant investment and a clear growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the product roadmap aligned with business goals
• Ensure product-market fit and drive feature enhancements
• Lead and mentor a small cross-functional team through the full product lifecycle
• Prioritise and validate work using user-centred design principles
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decisions
• Manage stakeholder relationships across graduates to C-suite levels
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into deliverable software
• Deliver a high-quality, best-in-class product for the logistics domain

Key requirements

• Experience as a product manager with end-to-end lifecycle ownership
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels
• Comfort leading a small team and making decisions
• Affinity for UX and user-friendly design
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis
