In this Change Manager role, you will guide people through strategic initiatives from GenAI programs to broader transformation. You will work with cross-functional teams to enable adoption and sustained new ways of working. You will shape change communications, assess impacts, and coach leaders to drive sponsor engagement. Responsibilities

  • Deliver change management activity across a diverse portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement communication, engagement and adoption strategies
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments
  • Coach sponsors, leaders, and project teams to effectively lead and embed change
  • Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to build understanding and commitment
  • Partner with Digital Learning, Technology, Innovation, Communications and other teams to deliver change programmes
  • Use feedback, adoption measures, and benefits data to evaluate success and improve delivery

Key requirements

  • Proven experience delivering change initiatives within complex organisations, ideally in professional services
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and best practice
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence influencing and coaching senior stakeholders, sponsors and project teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across a varied project portfolio
  • Evidence-led approach using feedback, adoption metrics and benefits realisation data
  • Qualification in change management (e.g., Prosci or APMG) would be advantageous but not essential
