Overview
In this role you will shape intelligent automation and AI-enabled solutions for clients, helping businesses transform and become data-driven. You will work within EY’s Technology Consulting team to design and deploy automation, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and continuously expand your technical and professional capabilities. Responsibilities
- Intelligent Automation solution design
- Designing, building, deploying and managing automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and Python
- Engaging with clients at business and technology levels
- Nurturing long-term trusted advisor relationships
- Training and managing junior staff and client staff, including QA of deliverables
- Responding to client requirements with subject matter expertise
- Proactive problem solving and delivering innovative solutions
- Continuous capability development in technical, functional and professional skills
- Strong written, verbal communication, presentation and technical writing
- Integrating operations with technology skills and researching emerging issues
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in Intelligent Automation
- Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Office tools, UiPath, BluePrism, Pega, Automation Anywhere or related tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to articulate ideas clearly
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
