• Drive growth of the Brighton office and contribute to regional expansion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially on corporate support matters
• Lead and develop a team in Brighton
• Foster cross-referral opportunities with other departments
• Support business development efforts with a dedicated BD manager
• Provide high-quality employment law guidance and leadership to clients and the team

Key requirements

• Senior Associate level with potential or Legal Director level with following or clear growth plan
• 8+ PQE
