Overview

As Site Manager, you will lead a Surrey residential development from inception through completion, ensuring high-quality delivery of luxury 2–5 bedroom homes. You’ll oversee both internal and external works and coordinate a team including Assistant/Site Managers, reporting to the Project/Contracts Manager. This role sits within a growing national residential developer with a strong pipeline of work, offering progression opportunities as you shape the project’s delivery. You will bring hands-on site leadership, safety, and quality to drive on-time, premium finishes across phases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development from first phase to completion
• Manage internal and external works on site
• Lead and coordinate Assistant/Site Managers
• Report to Project/Contracts Manager and liaise with stakeholders
• Drive delivery of luxury residential units to high standard

Key requirements

• Experience with residential development on traditional build schemes
• CSCS Black Card (Desirable)
• SMSTS
• First Aid Certificate
• Experience with luxury apartments or townhouses finished to high standard
• Available for project in Surrey
