Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and project-led surveying across multiple sectors
• Conduct condition surveys and defect analysis
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations
• Manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion
• Provide expert advice to clients and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets
• Engage in both traditional surveying work and project management on large-scale schemes

Key requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
• MRICS status (preferred) or working towards
• Strong technical knowledge of building pathology and construction
• Experience delivering professional services and project work
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proactive approach and desire to develop within a leading consultancy
