As a Senior Building Surveyor at RLB, you will lead client-focused surveying and project management within a collaborative, inclusive culture. You will deliver high-quality technical delivery, robust specifications, and proactive asset services across diverse projects. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes for clients and contribute to RLB’s growth and knowledge sharing. This role offers development through APC mentoring and exposure to ambitious schemes across sectors.

Key requirements

• MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body
• CDM / Health & Safety exposure
• Project-based experience
• Ability to manage complex projects proactively and diligently
• Excellent specification writing skills
• Good knowledge of JCT Contracts
• Track record in project management from inception to completion
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with teams and prioritising deadlines
• Previously employed by a consultancy
