Overview

As Lead Product Designer for Powered by TodayTix, you shape the B2B inventory and event-management experience for live events. You translate complex industry concepts into clear user flows, elevating UX across a data-heavy dashboard. You work closely with product, engineering, and design leadership to drive end-to-end design from discovery to delivery. You’ll mentor teammates, steward the design system, and push for design excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This London-based role combines strategic impact with hands-on design leadership to empower partners and scale the platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across complex B2B product initiatives from discovery to QA
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to craft product experiences
• Lead design reviews and present to design leadership and executives
• Proactively set stakeholder expectations and manage scope changes
• Mentor designers and promote design excellence
• Use AI tools across workflow and contribute to design system and frontend through AI-assisted coding
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation to a high standard
• Regularly test product with live users to identify issues and improvements

Key requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design in a lead or senior capacity
• Strong UX fundamentals and UI refinement within a Design System
• Experience in B2B or dashboard/data-heavy design
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience conducting generative and usability research
• Strong portfolio of user-centred UI, preferably B2B/enterprise
• AI fluency and willingness to AI-assisted coding to contribute to design system and frontend
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
• Experience in cross-functional squad with developers and QA engineers
