Overview

In this role, you will safeguard data accuracy and usability within the Production Process Platform, supporting Print Production and In-Store Marketing. You will generate insights to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making across campaigns. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, run audits, and drive platform improvements. This is a hands-on, analytics-driven position that shapes how in-store campaigns perform and scale.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the Production Process Platform for data completeness and accuracy
  • Conduct regular data audits with VM teams and resolve quality issues
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret platform data to inform POS, capacity, and campaign performance
  • Produce reports to support decision-making and operational planning
  • Collaborate with IT and platform leads on updates and new functionalities
  • Provide user training and ensure correct data entry processes
  • Lead BAU print production activities and drive continuous improvement in campaign workflows

Key requirements

  • Experience in data analysis, operations support, or workflow platform management
  • Strong analytical skills with clear data presentation
