Overview
In this role, you will lead and support advisory and transformation initiatives across financial crime, sanctions, and fraud for Capco’s FRRF practice. You’ll leverage AI-enabled analysis to improve delivery and governance while balancing regulatory compliance with innovative solutions. The position involves operating model redesign, technology enablement, and risk-based optimization for clients in regulated environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful change and contribute to Capco’s growth in financial crime transformation.

Responsibilities
- Lead or support advisory and transformation programs across financial crime, sanctions, and fraud
- Design and implement operating model redesigns and technology enablement
- Drive cost optimization and AI-enabled workflow improvements
- Support regulatory reviews, remediation efforts, and governance for AI-assisted outputs
- Benchmark controls, identify gaps, and develop data-driven risk solutions
- Contribute to proposition development and client offerings across financial crime and fraud
Key requirements
- Experience delivering financial crime transformation in financial services
- Strong knowledge of sanctions, fraud prevention, investigations and broader financial crime landscape
- Familiarity with financial crime tech and AI-enabled solutions for operational effectiveness
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills with ability to use approved AI tools
