Cyber Security Analyst

Overview

In this role you will monitor networks for security breaches, implement protective software, and document incidents. You will perform penetration testing to uncover weaknesses and advise on improvements to safeguard our systems. You’ll contribute to incident response and risk management while communicating findings to stakeholders. This position offers the chance to protect digital assets in a high‑stakes security environment and drive stronger defense postures across the company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks for security breaches and investigate violations
• Install and use security software (firewalls, encryption) to protect data
• Prepare reports documenting breaches and damages
• Conduct penetration testing to identify weaknesses
• Advise on security enhancements and configuration improvements

Key requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as Cyber Security Analyst or similar role
• Familiarity with security frameworks and risk management methodologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in high-pressure environments
