In this role you help deliver diverse construction projects within a leading consultancy that values training and client service. You will work on high‑value assignments across sectors, guided by equity partners and a collaborative team culture. You shape cost management decisions and support junior colleagues to grow professionally. Responsibilities

• Deliver diverse construction projects across built environments
• Provide cost management guidance and expert input to clients
• Support and mentor junior team members to aid professional development
• Engage with clients with a strong service mindset to ensure excellent delivery
• Work under senior leadership to drive project outcomes and maintain high standards
• Contribute to pre- and post-contract activities on high-value schemes

Key requirements

• Degree in construction-related discipline
• MRICS preferred but not essential (training available)
• Experience on high-value projects in sectors such as commercial, office, residential, fit-out, health, education, industrial or hotel
• Consultancy environment experience desirable
• Ability to work on own initiative and think strategically
• Strong client-facing skills and market awareness
• Leadership capabilities to guide junior members
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage in team activities
