Overview

As an Investment Banking Analyst in the Secondary Advisory team, you will support transaction execution and business development across private market liquidity solutions. You will build valuation models, analyze data, and prepare client materials while engaging with senior bankers, sponsors, and institutional investors. You’ll gain exposure to private equity, asset managers, and diverse market sectors within an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture. Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed financial and valuation analyses to support secondary market transactions and liquidity solutions
  • Prepare transaction marketing materials, management presentations, and investor communications
  • Support due diligence by analyzing fund, portfolio company, and transaction data
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess transaction alternatives and portfolio performance
  • Coordinate transaction processes among clients, investors, and advisers
  • Identify transaction risks and areas for further analysis
  • Understand private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real asset strategies
  • Conduct market research to support execution and business development
  • Assist in preparing pitch materials and client presentations
  • Collaborate with global PCA team and mentor interns
  • Contribute to improving analytical processes and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and firm standards

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record
  • Interest in investment banking, private equity, asset management or alternative investments
  • Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance and financial statement analysis
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
