Overview

In this role you own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive growth across 50k–300k+ ACV. You’ll develop live account plans, advance relationships to economic buyers, and build the depth needed to defend and expand each account. You will run structured discovery, presentROI-focused business cases, and guide multi-stakeholder cycles toward renewal and expansion. The role centers on being a credible senior partner for executives, shaping the corporate data strategy with Statista’s platform suite.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts with target ACV in the 50k–300k+ range and grow them
  • Create and maintain live account plans (org map, stakeholder matrix, expansion roadmap, renewal forecast)
  • Advance relationships to VP/Director/C-suite economic buyers
  • Develop multi-threaded account depth with multiple use cases and stakeholders
  • Conduct consultative discovery to surface business problems and justify investments
  • Build and present executive ROI business cases for six-figure commitments
  • Navigate complex multi-stakeholder cycles (champion, technical/commercial buyers, procurement, legal) with discipline
  • Lead expansion conversations via Connect, identify manual data usage, and position consumption-based model
  • Open Statista+ discussions where data informs decisions and position analytical layer as a next step
  • Own renewal outcomes, monitor usage signals and risk indicators, and conduct high-quality QBRs
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure adoption, value realization, and renewals
  • Represent Statista at VP/C-suite level and champion OneStatista (core, Connect, Statista+, StatistaIQ)
  • Contribute account intelligence to commercial planning (opportunities, risks, market signals)

Key requirements

  • Significant B2B enterprise account management experience with a track record of protecting and growing strategic accounts at 100k+ ACV
  • Ability to move relationships from operational contacts to economic buyers and conduct executive-level commercial conversations
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles with discipline and rigor
  • Strong consultative and discovery skills to uncover unstated problems and build compelling business cases
  • Commercial instinct for expansion and identifying whitespace to drive growth
