Overview

In this role you join a well-regarded pensions team handling both non-contentious and contentious matters for public and private sector clients. You will advise trustees, providers, and employers on a range of pension schemes, from day-to-day inquiries to large-scale restructurings. Responsibilities

• Advise trustees, providers, and employers on UK pension schemes (non-contentious and contentious)
• Handle high-profile, large-scale restructuring projects
• Draft essential documentation and provide strategic pension advice
• Collaborate with cross-sector clients including public services and corporates
• Deliver day-to-day benefit inquiries and complex advisory support

Key requirements

• 5+ PQE in pensions law
• strong technical knowledge
