Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project strategies, plans and budgets
• Lead residential-led or mixed-use projects at the enabling stage (highways, utilities, enabling works, remediation, public realm, bridges, diversions/upgrades, S106/S278)
• Establish and maintain project processes and systems
• Monitor and report on progress and performance indicators
• Manage and mitigate risks and issues
• Prepare and deliver written project communications and progress reports
• Coordinate client, contractors and designers; chair meetings and draft minutes

• Relevant qualification (construction, real estate, planning, engineering)
• Full-time with flexible working and home working
• Ability to travel London/Home Counties/South East
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
• Strong leadership skills
• Strategic problem-solving ability
• Experience with multiple stakeholders (clients, influential parties, contractors, end-users)
• CDM/site health and safety knowledge
• Engineering qualification and/or background (civil, structural, mechanical/electrical)
• Understanding of development lifecycle (business case, design, consents, procurement, delivery, handover)
• Direct on-site construction experience
• Experience in residential-led or mixed-use projects at enabling stage (S106/S278)
