Responsibilities

• Handle a broad mix of commercial property matters (development projects, acquisitions/disposals, landlord and tenant work)
• Act for developers, operators, funders and investors
• Support senior lawyers on complex transactions
• Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Draft and negotiate commercial property documentation
• Advise on strategic property issues
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development
