Overview

In Deloitte’s Innovation & Ventures team, you will drive innovation projects across industries, guiding cross-functional teams through venture path and Lean Start Up methods. You’ll shape problem framing, validate opportunities, and develop commercial models for new ventures. You’ll work closely with clients to translate insights into actionable strategies and MVPs, contributing to the firm’s impact-led growth. This role blends strategy, design thinking, and entrepreneurship in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream teams and mentor junior talent
• Guide clients through analysis, approach, and findings
• Structure problem-solving approaches (e.g., hypothesis-led) for workstreams
• Develop commercial models and forecast potential revenues/profits
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposals
• Contribute to thought leadership and methodologies (IP)

Key requirements

• Proven experience in Strategy or Innovation Consultancy, startup, or corporate venture team
• Ability to challenge corporate norms with inquisitiveness and creativity
• Structured problem-solving ability (e.g., hypothesis-led)
• Experience building financial and market models in innovation contexts
• Familiarity with lean startup and innovation methodologies
• Ability to support clients through innovation processes from concept to MVP
• Comfort working in highly ambiguous environments
• UK Security Clearance or NSV or willingness to obtain it (encouraged)
