Continuous Improvement Coach

Overview

In this role you drive continuous improvement across Europe and Asia, delivering hands-on coaching and training in-person and remotely to build capabilities and sustain a safety-focused culture. You implement the PEAK EFO program, develop roadmaps, and support cultural transformation through people development. You work with cross-functional teams to reduce waste, improve assembly line performance, and embed CI principles. This is a remote, impact-oriented position at a global consumer goods company.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the PEAK continuous improvement program per EFO guidance and roadmap
• Foster a culture of people development and continuous improvement to achieve the business vision
• Develop capabilities by delivering PEAK EFO training and driving cultural transformation
• Share and adopt best practices within PEAK and the wider organization
• Support creation of PEAK EFO roadmaps and implementation plans
• Define stakeholder expectations and drive delivery of improvement plans
• Maintain a strong safety culture focused on eliminating risks
• Build and inspire a team with a CI mindset
• Analyze assembly line performance and implement improvements
• Develop multi-disciplinary teams to map processes and identify wastes

Key requirements

• Continuous Improvement / Lean manufacturing experience
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop teams at all levels
• Engineering background with a qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or related discipline
• Ability to work independently in field-based environments
• Full driving license and willingness for 30–40% international travel
