Director, Clinical Operations

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with experienced clinical operations professionals
• Review candidate profiles and align them with upcoming opportunities
• Conduct direct outreach when a suitable role opens
• Facilitate genuine career conversations and assess fit
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and maintain candidate status in the system

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Life Sciences (or related discipline)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Development Operations (e.g., CRA, Sr CRA, or leadership)
• Proven leadership, performance management, and coaching experience
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and monitoring activities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
