Overview

In this role you help advance autonomous, multi-asset capabilities for defense platforms, shaping next-gen battlefield software. You will integrate Anduril systems with third-party platforms, delivering scalable solutions that keep mission-critical outcomes at the forefront. You collaborate across teams to implement robust features and ensure reliable operation in real-world settings. Responsibilities

• Own feature development and customer-deployed software solutions
• Develop code to scale mission capabilities to more customers
• Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality
• Create and analyze metrics for debugging and monitoring
• Triage issues, identify root causes, and plan next steps
• Coordinate with vehicle hardware teams and pilots to align requirements and iterate to final design
• Maintain core libraries/services for collaborative robots (e.g., motion deconfliction, contingency management)
• Travel up to 20% to build, test, and deploy capabilities in the real world

Key requirements

• Strong engineering background in CS, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
• 2+ years of professional experience with C++ or Rust
• Experience building software solutions with substantial data processing/analysis
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and codebases
• Desire to work on critical software with real-world impact
• Bias for action, ownership, and drive to deliver from concept to production
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active UKSV Security Clearance
