Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical and design team throughout development
• Manage full working drawings packages
• Collaborate with architectural team to ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with commercial and production teams during development
• Coordinate on multiple sites from inception to completion
• Provide oversight to junior staff from architectural technicians to senior technical coordinators

Key requirements

• 10+ years’ residential developer experience on multiple new build developments (5m+)
• Experience on traditional build or RC frame schemes
• Degree qualified or equivalent in construction or architectural background
• Experience managing full working drawings packages
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with commercial and production teams
• Experience overseeing multiple sites
