Overview
As Contracts Manager, you will lead multiple residential projects and Office-to-Residential conversions, ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality. You will work within a reputable main contractor, coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams across London and Home Counties. The role focuses on frontline project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and robust project governance to drive successful project outcomes. This position offers exposure to a range of residential schemes up to 5m and the opportunity to shape delivery on high-profile projects.

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple residential projects (new build and office-to-residential conversions) up to 5m in value
- Lead project delivery to meet time, budget, and quality targets
- Maintain strong client-facing relationships and manage stakeholders
- Provide effective man management across project teams
- Coordinate with commercial, procurement, and site teams to ensure project success
Key requirements
- Track record on residential projects for a reputable main contractor
- Experience delivering new build and office-to-residential conversion projects up to 5m
- Ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently
