Continuous Improvement Lead

Overview

As a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader, you will steer strategic improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma to boost cost, quality, delivery, cash, and customer satisfaction. You’ll act as a CI focal for senior managers and energize improvement across the organization, sharing best practices and building capabilities. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, coach teams, and ensure adherence to Safran standards. This role sits at the heart of our performance culture, driving transformation across the business.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic deployment plans for business functions (Hoshin Kanri)
• Define and support improvement plans and resource interventions for functions
• Lead and support cross-functional improvement projects
• Run improvement events (One Safran, Kaizen, problem solving, BPR)
• Act as CI Business Focal for areas across the organization
• Oversee CI processes for compliance and best-practice sharing
• Develop management competencies to sustain strategic objectives
• Coach Green Belts and teams in Lean Sigma and change management
• Share Lean/Six Sigma knowledge within the organization and networks

Key requirements

• Experience leading continuous improvement and change projects in an industrial setting
• Excellent stakeholder management, including with senior management
• Proven Lean and Six-Sigma expertise
• Experience in aerospace or industrial environments (production, supply chain, engineering, quality)
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project) and Minitab
