Implementation Consultant – Fintech

Overview

In this role you drive client-focused fintech implementations from inception to go-live, working with banks and financial firms to tailor our software to their needs. You’ll balance technical configuration with business analysis, coordinating the full project lifecycle in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and help clients realise value quickly. The role offers exposure to tier-one financial clients and a market-facing, technology-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Gather and translate client requirements into detailed specifications
• Configure the product to meet client needs and drive implementation
• Manage end-to-end development and delivery until go-live
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advise on best-fit solutions
• Engage with clients to ensure successful adoption and outcomes

Key requirements

• Significant implementation-focused experience in a software solutions organisation
• University degree (any BSc) in a relevant field
• Proficiency in programming languages: C#, C++, SQL, Java, MATLAB, Python, LaTeX
• Strong coding capability and technical problem-solving
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with part-time office presence in London
