Overview

In this role you will support learning across KS1–KS2 as a confident HLTA, enabling inclusive, engaging lessons. You will work closely with teachers to lead activities and build strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff. The position offers growth in responsibility within a friendly, community-focused school. It includes opportunities for Thrive training to enhance your practice and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons across KS1 and KS2
• Support pupils with a range of needs including SEN
• Collaborate with teachers to keep learning engaging and inclusive
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
