Residential Conveyancing

Overview

In this role you will handle a varied residential property caseload within a Law 150 firm in Berkshire, focusing on quality client care and professional standards. You will run your own cases with strong support from a friendly team, contributing to a culture that values client service and meticulous conveyancing. The position offers opportunities to work on sales, purchases (registered and unregistered), remortgages, transfers of equity, Help to Buy, leases and probate-related sales, with a clear focus on experience and client outcomes. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload (sales and purchases of registered and unregistered properties)
• Handle remortgages and transfers of equity
• Assist with Help to Buy purchases and sales
• Process lease extensions and probate sales
• Maintain high standards of client care with supportive team backing

Key requirements

• 1–5 PQE
• good quality experience in a range of residential conveyancing matters
• able to run own caseload with secretarial support
