Project & Platforms Communications Manager- London, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle

Overview

In this role you shape and deliver organisational change within large transformation programmes for Credera’s clients. You will lead and influence cross‑functional teams to ensure clear, timely communications across technology delivery, business change, and stakeholders. You help clients maximise adoption of new processes, systems and roles while developing the Programme Leadership capability internally. The position blends client work, collateral development, and bid support within a flexible hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Lead client communications across technology delivery programmes to ensure consistent messaging
• Develop and deliver structured communication plans for migration, testing, cutover and hypercare
• Apply Business Change methodology to maximise user engagement and adoption
• Coordinate communications across delivery teams to ensure integrated messaging
• Produce artefacts like stakeholder plans, user journeys and hypercare updates
• Act as trusted advisor on best practices during high‑risk delivery phases (go-live, stabilisation)
• Translate complex technical activities into audience‑appropriate messaging
• Identify and mitigate communication risks during migration and cutover
• Support user engagement during testing phases (UAT readiness, participation, feedback)
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned
• Pass BPSS screening for the role

Key requirements

• Experience leading client communications and engagement across technology delivery programmes
• Ability to translate complex technical activities into clear messaging
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities
• Familiarity with go-live and stabilisation activities
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional delivery teams (technology, change, business)
• Knowledge of testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare phases is desirable
