Responsibilities

• Manage an exciting corporate caseload across mergers, acquisitions, sales, corporate finance, joint ventures and restructuring
• Engage in business development internally and externally to support client growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide holistic, one-stop-shop client service

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in corporate
