Responsibilities

• Draft documentation for bookrunners and investors with precision
• Assist on public and private placements and deal lifecycle management
• Monitor regulatory compliance and market practices (FCA, LSE)
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality service
• Support senior lawyers with case preparation and client interactions

Key requirements

• PQE 1–2 years in Debt Capital Markets
• Strong drafting skills for DCM transactions
• Regulatory awareness of FCA, LSE and market practices
