Overview

In this role you help shape EY’s Emerging Tech advisory for financial services, leading the go-to-market and delivery of AI and automation services. You work with senior stakeholders to implement innovative tech, guide internal asset development, and drive value through large-scale transformation programs. You’ll combine technical leadership with client engagement to accelerate adoption of Emerging Tech at scale. This is a high-impact role within EY’s digital and emerging tech division, offering growth through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy for Emerging Tech services and contribute to sales efforts with FS clients
• Lead implementation of Emerging Tech engagements, overseeing adoption of AI technologies
• Guide internal projects on architecture and engineering best practices and demonstrate through hands-on implementation

Key requirements

• Extensive experience in software engineering or technology consulting
• Experience in financial services domain
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs with data and AI-powered automation
• Experience engaging CIO/CSO/CDO and guiding senior stakeholders
• Experience leading sales cycles and transitioning to delivery leadership
• Delivery experience in automation space with various toolsets
• Knowledge of component- and event-based architectures and messaging (e.g., Kafka)
• Ability to architect, QA, monitor and manage delivery in fast-paced client environments
• Experience with on-prem and cloud deployments and value realization in client engagements
• People management experience

• Ability to explain Emerging Tech to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders to find solutions
