Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of tax advisory projects from scoping to completion
- Provide tax advice to individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses
- Build strong client relationships and act as trusted contact
- Advise on business restructuring, share schemes, R&D reliefs, inheritance tax, residency and property taxation
- Draft high-quality reports, notes and client correspondence
- Collaborate with Directors and senior colleagues on complex assignments
- Oversee client communications and ensure timely progress
- Assist with business development and client webinars/events
- Prepare proposals and help convert new business opportunities
- Monitor project scope and fee arrangements for commercial viability
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge development across the team
