As Site Manager for a flagship residential project in North West London, you will lead on-site delivery from inception to completion. You’ll oversee luxury apartment construction with associated commercial space and green areas, guiding a team and coordinating with a Project Manager/Director. Your role supports the project’s timely, high-quality delivery within a respected urban developer context. Pay / Benefits

• salary up to 60,000

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site delivery from start to finish for a flagship residential project
• Manage and coordinate Assistant/Site Managers and subcontractors
• Ensure high-quality finish on luxury apartments (1–4 bedrooms) and associated spaces
• Collaborate with Project Manager/Director to align with project milestones
• Enforce health and safety practices and site standards
• Monitor schedule, budget, and quality to drive on-time completion
• Facilitate problem-solving on-site and report progress to leadership

Key requirements

• Experience with residential developer on traditional build or RC frame schemes
• Track record delivering luxury residential projects to a high standard
• CSCS Black Card (desirable)
• SMSTS (desirable)
