Responsibilities
- Service and maintain sprinkler systems (wet, dry, alternate, pre-action, deluge, foam)
- Inspect hose reels, hydrants, and water supplies
- Operate and flow-test diesel and electric pumps
- Ensure compliance with LPC/FM standards and accurate electronic reporting
- Deliver high-quality customer service and professional technical support
- Achieve KPIs including deficiency resolution and revenue targets
- Build and sustain strong client relationships and identify value-adding opportunities
Key requirements
- Proven experience servicing mechanical fire suppression systems
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated; ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
