Profesional Support Lawyer – Real Estate

Overview

In this Professional Support Lawyer role, you support the real estate practice at a top-tier firm in Leeds. You’ll drive knowledge management, training, and knowhow to keep the team at the forefront of legal developments and client service. You’ll assist with business development and client pitches from a KM perspective, shaping internal and external real estate offerings. This is a high-visibility, non-fee-earning position that leverages deep real estate expertise to add strategic value. A strong mentoring background and technical guidance will help the team excel.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities and client pitches from a knowledge management perspective
• Provide training, research and knowhow to keep the firm ahead of legal and legislative developments
• Develop and maintain knowledge resources for the Real Estate team
• author and curate guidance for junior lawyers
• advise partners on complex Real Estate matters with technical guidance
• mentoring/supervising junior lawyers (if applicable)
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery

Key requirements

• 6PQE in Real Estate or an experienced Real Estate solicitor seeking a move to PSL
• previous supervisory/mentoring experience
• strong technical black-letter law skills in Real Estate
• ability to contribute to training and knowledge management initiatives
• experience supporting business development and client pitches
