Overview
In this role you will manage a substantial residential conveyancing caseload within a Swansea team, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity with minimal supervision. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with a busy department to deliver efficient, client-focused outcomes. The position offers a clear growth path in a reputable firm and includes a yearly bonus. You will contribute to high-volume workflows while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

Responsibilities
- Review proof and source of funds for file risk assessment sign off
- Handle inquiries on sale files and raise enquiries on purchase matters
- Review management packs, search results and mortgage offers; report to clients
- Report on legal title and manage all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Manage both freehold and leasehold transactions, including new builds, without supervision
- Use the firm’s accounting system (training provided)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
- Maintain accurate case management records
- Deliver excellent client service and progress matters efficiently
Key requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ PQE
- Strong experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload
- Ability to work independently and handle complex matters without supervision
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence working in a high volume environment
- Ability to be based in the Swansea office
