Overview
In this role you support a leading Real Estate TRE team focused on residential development. You will handle acquisitions and disposals for developers and landowners, and contribute to strategic land matters and complex development-related issues. Responsibilities
- Residential development acquisitions and disposals for developers and landowners
- Disposals and acquisitions of affordable housing for developers and registered providers
- Support on strategic land matters including promotion agreements and options for long-term development potential
- Handling development-related matters such as overage arrangements, title due diligence, conditional contracts, easements, and tenancies
Key requirements
- At least 5 PQE in a commercial real estate practice
- Experience or clear interest in residential development sector
- Interest in business development and building client/colleague relationships that rely on trust and collaboration
