As a Senior Engineer at Liberis, you will mentor peers while solving real-world fintech challenges at scale. Responsibilities

• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical growth
• Develop and maintain APIs and services for the embedded finance platform
• Collaborate across Product, Data and Delivery teams to ship scalable solutions
• Contribute to an AI-driven transformation of the engineering function
• Own solutions and support rapid decision-making in a scaling FinTech environment
• Participate in on-call rotations and ensure system reliability

Key requirements

• Proven success writing code in two or more programming languages
• Willingness to learn our tech stack (C#/.NET, Node, React)
• Experience developing APIs and services
• Understanding of Agile methods (XP, Kanban, Scrum)
• Experience mentoring more junior team members
• Resilience in early-stage, evolving requirements environments
• Bonus: cloud technologies (GCP), collaborative methods (ensemble, mob, pair programming), financial software experience, or Test Driven Development
